| I attended a Creative Facilitation class sponsored by the Office of Art and Culture in Seattle, Washington on November 12th and 13th at the 12th Avenue Theater. It was conducted by the Partners for Youth Empowerment (www.partnersforyouth.org). We learned how use theater games and other art activities to facilitate group goals. I had the opportunity to meet many creative and talented people and engage in fun and communicative endeavors for the purpose of facilitating groups! |

| This year from July, 17 to August 16 was the Continuing Education Student Show at North Seattle College. Some of my artwork got in! The opening event was a lot of fun and I learned what it is like to exhibit at a gallery and submit artwork for a juried exhibit. I hope to show next year as well! |

| I just got around to posting a picture of our kitchen table prior to the North Seattle College Springfest 2018. I laid out my artwork on a tablecloth to see how everything would look prior to the exhibit. I was so excited as this was essentially my first public showing of my art. The Springfest took place in June of this year. My hard work must have paid off as I was able to sell a number of pieces! |

| This is a place where I record some of the things I do to the site and with my art in general. My wife and I have been in St. George, Utah to get out of some construction noise going on in Seattle. I am sensitive to loud noise and we thought we could use some sunshine. We are getting lots of light and quiet here. There is a botanical garden near here which has a great variety of desert plants, so you will notice the colored marker piece I made there. When indoors, I sit at the kitchen table occasionally so I made a watercolor of that. Complete with half-empty bottle of ranch dressing and empty pie tin. Enjoy! |
